RETURN POLICY

If not 100% satisfied with the Mind-Pop Revolution product the buyer may request a return authorization in writing within 7 days from the reception of the product, stating the reason for the demand of return. 

HOLIDAY SEASON RETURN POLICY EXTENSION (Purchases from November 29th - January 1st) will be extended to 30 days.


Upon receiving the written return authorization, the product must be shipped by the buyer within 7 days, with the following conditions: 
 

1) The product must have no signs of usage, no damages. 
2) The packaging must not show any signs of damage. 
3) All components are present within the package. 
4) For full refund, the lifer wire should not be cut. If the lifter is 
cut, a deduction of €/$10 will be applied. 
- The costs of shipping to and from buyer are not eligible for refund. 
- Once a returned item is received, a returned item condition report will be sent to the buyer. 
- The returned condition report will be made in utmost fairness and will be supported by visual evidence such as high definition photos. 
- Damaged items will not be eligible for refund. 

 

To return your product, you should mail it to: Av. Princep Benlloch, 26 -30, 2 – P7. AD500, Andorra la Vella, Andorra.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any cost you paid for shipping, including return shipping, will not be included your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for any lost or damaged return packages.
