- The buyer, as a person or legal entity and all its legal affiliates, hereby acknowledges and agrees to purchase the Mind-Pop Revolution Presslift (record stabilizer with integrated inertial tonearm lifter), exclusively for the purpose of its intended use or for resale. By accepting to complete this transaction, the buyer as a person or legal entity and all its legal affiliates, will not copy, will not reproduce and will not share the technical elements and design features that distinguish the Mind-Pop Revolution Presslift (record stabilizer with integrated inertial tonearm lifter) in function and aspect.
- The seller, by accepting payment for this transaction, hereby extends to the buyer full ownership of the product known as the Mind-Pop Revolution Presslift (record stabilizer with integrated inertial tonearm lifter) including the right of perpetual use or resale, however the seller does not extend to the buyer the right to copy or reproduce any of its technical elements or design features for the purpose of duplication or replicating a product with similar performance features as the Mind-Pop Revolution record stabilizer with integrated inertial tonearm lifter.
Warranty
The Mind-Pop Revolution record stabilizer comes with a 5-year warranty towards functional defects and plating integrity.
